How can I change date format to be January 15, 2018 ?

Hello,
I would like to inform that you may change ‘Sell date mark’ by adding manually one in the Dictionary section (Settings > Account settings > Configuration > Dictionaries > Options to change ‘the time of sales’).
However, it could be labor intensive changing it every time.
Sell date and Due Date format can not be changed.

In Invoice Template DAte is Display like Below format

Issue date: 2018-02-03
Sell date: 2018-02-03
Due date: 2018-03-03

i want to change to January 15, 2018 format
