RMA and Serial Numbers Greetings.. I am currently using PKWiU field for my serial numbers. Is there a way to assign a serial number to my products? I also cannot find an RMA form and process for returned items. Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we're not planning to add RMA at this moment. But thank you for the suggestion! Please add it to our to-do-base with suggestions and vote for it here: http://invoiceocean.helpocean.com/ we will consider it if we have more requests on that.

In order to add a serial number to your product, go to Settings menu> Account setiings > Configuration > Products > Display product code.
