Anyone used a VW pre purchase inspection in Dubai before buying?

I’m looking at a 2017 Volkswagen Golf GTI from a private seller in Deira and the car has a few mods like an intake and downpipe, so I really want to make sure the engine and DSG are healthy before I commit. I found a site at https://prepurchasecarinspection.ae/brands/volkswagen/ that seems to focus on VW checks, but I can’t tell if they actually do a compression test or just scan for codes. Has anyone here used these guys for a Golf or a Passat and can tell me if they caught things like carbon buildup or a leaking water pump? I’m not trying to be cheap but I also don’t want to pay for a report that misses common VW issues. Any honest feedback would really help.
