VW DSG gearbox acting weird – has anyone used the shop on this link?

My 2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI with the DSG has started hesitating when pulling away from a stop, plus the occasional harsh downshift, and I’m trying to figure out if it’s the mechatronic unit or just a software glitch.
